When your $12 wash says it's going to do things like tire shine, and it doesn't apply tire shine, you're a THEIF. Terrible wash. Drive down to Okie Express if you want to get what you pay for.

I don't know if this is a failure in communication within their employees or just a lack of care in not wanting to take responsibility for the incident on the part of management, but I don't see why they wouldn't at least take the time to return my call.

I have been going to this carwash for the past couple of years and had nothing but good experiences. A few weeks ago, I took my SUV in to get it washed. The kid working at the time forgot to tie down my rear windshield wiper with the blue tape they use.
Edit: Your flower beds are also insanely over grown. How do you even allow 4 ft tall weeds to grow at your business?!
Very upset and frustrated at their ability to resolve an incident which was clearly their fault.
I've since spoken to their management who was very helpful and willing to resolve the issue. Apparently there was a failure in communication and she had not been aware of the problem. I want to thank them again for getting back to me as soon as they were made aware of the issue with a resolution.
Needless to say, one of their machines tore the clip holding the wiper off. The young man tending the carwash was very apologetic and nice about going in the carwash and retrieving the pice which was no longer useful and left a hole in my car. He wrote an incident report with my information and took some pictures telling me the manager would be contacting me the next day.
The guy performing the prewash didn't take more than two seconds to brush off the bugs on the front grill. Most of the vacuum hoses were clogged and didn't work. The landscaping is deplorable. It's obvious that this company doesn't care anything about keeping the car wash in COMPETITIVE shape.
This place has FREE VACUUMS! It's an awesome place to go, whether I'm driving for UBER or just using my old car to save gas. I love the promise of a free wash* if it rains within 3 days... *w/purchase of the $12 wash only. They have a great wash for just $6 for those on a budget. P.S. Thank you for the free vacuums even if I'm not buying a wash!
I enjoy the location because it works for me but I signed up for one month wash and it tried to charge my account for a second month. Other than not being able to contact the company because they don't offer a business number the car wash it fine. Cost is comparable and staff is nice.
It has now been about three weeks and no one has made an attempt to contact me. I have called the place in three different occasions only to be told that management is not present at the time. They will then take down my number and information again telling me they will have someone contact me as soon as possible with no result.
