Owning a business myself I know how hard it is to find good, trust worthy, hard working people. Franz took my 2017 Maserati to a who new level today. His work is worth every penny! I am Very picky and I would call his work perfection. There is no one else in our market that I would trust with my cars.
I brought my wife's '08 Honda Element in for their buff and polish package, but when I picked up her car, I noticed that they cracked a large chunk off the front right fender. After a week had passed, I also noticed large white streaks all over my hood. I don't know what this residue is, but they weren't thorough at all. Be leery of so many "awesome" reviews. Thanks for damaging my car without taking any accountability for your actions.
I have to say this place is top notch on detailing! I brought in a Ford Expedition that has been through the ringer on dirt and mess. Never been detailed since 2010. It has been used to haul kids of all ages to include friends and all kinds of stuff from dirt to rocks, etc. Let's just say the inside was a total mess and filthy. But after taking it here, the inside is now very clean. The carpet looked brand new! I was thoroughly impressed, and the cost was not ridiculous. It was well worth it. Nelson's auto detail has definitely earned a new customer. Granted the next vehicle I bring will not be as bad as the Expedition was.

I had my car detailed at Nelsons Auto Detail today and I got to say they did a fabulous job! I had deep stains in my light grey backseat and when I went to pick up my car it looked brand new! I was not only shocked but thrilled that they spent that much time and dedication on my car.
