Everyone is incredibly nice and makes you feel like they have known you forever. The doctors are truly awesome!! They truly care about every animal that comes in there. Best vet in Ok!
Made a 10am appointment, showed up early and had paperwork done by 10. Didn't see the vet until 10:44 (I was getting ready to leave the dirty exam room and go elsewhere by then). Wanted to do an X-ray, but would not do so without a consent form giving them near complete freedom to do whatever to my dog including any vaccinations they deemed needed without prior approval.
Dr.Redden is Fantastic, she figured out what was going on with my puppy and got her better super fast! very very happy with the service and level of care and support!
Dr. Redden and her staff are the best. Doesn't matter which one of my fur babies I take in, someone will always ask about the other ones and by name. They actually care about the animals they treat and deal with the humans well even when you have to put your baby to sleep. I have had to do two of mine and the staff were sweet and caring. I am so grateful I found Council Veterinary Hospital.
Was able to make appt. that fit my schedule easily and quickly. Front desk staff were nice. Dr. was thorough and quickly put my mind at ease about my Jasper's lipoma. The people here really like animals.
Other than the wait and the policies, the tech and vet were nice and friendly, the receptionist is another story.
