I was in the process of selling my home and the buyers wanted me to put on a new roof. After calling 3 of the big name roofers in OKC I ended up talking to Dana. I explained that this was the 1st time I have had to go through an insurance claim and Dana literally told me that he would be happy to come out and help me through it and if I didn't like his bid I could go with the lowest one. He was only concerned with making sure I got through the process with out getting ripped off. After all said and done Dana not only personally helped me but also came to my home 2 days in a row in 105 degrees and made sure my roof was on before closing. I felt like I wasn't dealing with a roofer but a friend. I can't thank Dana enough for his time and help and his fair price.
Amber & Dana were great folks to work with. They were on top of every detail every step of the way! They use local roofing crews who are detailed oriented accomplishing prompt timely quality service. We had the timing misfortune of getting caught in the May 2010 Choctaw tornado & hail storms insurance claim rush. This really backlogged our insurance claim dept in the processing of our claim & payments. Through all the storm season chaos, Cannonball Roofing worked out all the repairs, insurance & mortgage check signing details requiring almost no hands on for us with a final cost of $.0! They agreed to do all work for what the insurance adjuster estimate was willing to pay. It was just that simple! Roof, vents, gutters, downspouts, chimney chase re-build/paint, shed reroof/paint were all completed timely & completely the very 1st time to our satisfaction. The house is now better than it was before the previous roof & gutters were installed!
