I went to Norma Jean's Heirloom Jewelry & Antiques today. What a wonderful time I had. I met Norma Jean, and her dog Sadie. I shopped and tried on the most wonderful jewelry. I particularly love Cameos, and she has a bunch.
My husband bought a ring that I liked from them not even a week ago. It unfortunately barely fits any of my fingers so we decided to take it back. Not once during checkout was there anothing mentioned about items not being returnable. Nor was there any visible signs to suggest so. On the receipt there is also a box that can checked for "merchandise returned." As we went in today she said they have a no return policy and said there was a sign on the wall. We asked where and she pointed and the sign is down low covered by a lamp and other items. There was two receipts and acted like she had no proof that the item was hers as she has several pieces. Then after my husband talked to her more she said she would buy it back for $20. That's just a summary of most of what happened. I am very disappointed. If you have a no return policy you should mention it at checkout and have a visible sign for all to see. Thanks.

Curious and such in the front. At the back though. The jewelry is everything from semi precious stones and metals to high end pieces. Some of it is absolutely beautiful and unique. The proprietor is very, very knowledgeable as well.
I have had some jewelry for a few years now and wanted to find out about it. This was the first place I stopped. The woman there that helped me was very friendly and helpful. She made the time to sit with me and look at my jewelry and explained to me what everything was and even appraised some pieces for free! As a matter of fact, I need to get back there and get some help with some of the pieces I took in that evening. We just didn't have the time to go over everything. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that loves antiques and vintage/antique jewelry. I found several pieces of jewelry I'd love to have! Just beautiful!
