WHY would you call someone 15 minutes before closing time on the day before the rental and tell me there are no trucks available! I RESERVED THIS A MONTH AGO, NEVER USE THIS PLACE EVER
Made a reservation. Called to make sure that it was okay to pay with debit card and any other requirements or policies since they are not on the website. I was not informed that they do credit checks if you pay with a debit bank card. Literally wasted my time and almost had to cancel my plans. Went to Enterprise, they rented me a car cheaper and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would not recommend this location because customer service is very poor.
